  Worst experience staying here.

  Nothing, Highly not not recommended to anyone.

  Everything. ⭐ **1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience. Do Not Recommend!** My stay at this Riad was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was served very late, even though guests should be able to rely on the hotel to provide basic services on time. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom, which is an unacceptable failure in basic hospitality. The handling of tourist taxes was also frustrating, and you only have to pay in this riad in the entire Marrakech. Most concerning, my AirPods went missing during my stay. This was extremely upsetting and seriously affected my sense of security. The overall response and attitude left me feeling that the management simply did not care about its guests or their concerns. A hotel should provide basic cleanliness, reliable service, security, and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, this Riad fell short in all these areas. The door doesn't lock properly. The care taker of the property do not care about anything. If you ask him to come for any assistance, he would either show up late or do not show up. **Save your money and choose somewhere else. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this place to other travellers.**

  Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Riad Qays – 05.10. bis 07.10. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Riad Qays und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt unserem Concierge Abdallah, der uns bereits im Vorfeld kontaktiert und sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Am Anreisetag hat er auf uns gewartet, uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war er jederzeit für uns erreichbar, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns bestens aufgehoben fühlten. Seine Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Auch sonst gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden: Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber, das Frühstück war gut und die Atmosphäre einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Ein großes Dankeschön an Abdallah und das gesamte Team! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Riad Qays verdient in jeder Hinsicht ein großes Lob und ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine schöne Unterkunft mit herzlichem Service suchen.

  Le Riad est situé dans village touristique sécurisé et très calme avec toutes les commodités nécessaire (supérette, pharmacie etc) tout est très propre et le personnel est adorable

  Le logement est simple mais dommage qu’il ne soit pas entretenu correctement. Le personnel est très gentil. Le Riad est

  Le personnel est adorable et fait de son mieux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.

  Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport, la propriétaire nous a contacté pour nous dire que notre deuxième nuit ne pourrait pas se faire au Riad comme prévu mais à une dizaine de kilomètres dans un appartement sans piscine et sans petit déjeuner. À notre arrivée, la salle de bain et les WC étaient sales, il n’y avait pas de pommeau de douche, et il y avait des cheveux dans les lits. Attention, la piscine est fermée tous les vendredis et n’est pas accessible directement depuis l’appartement. Ces informations nous n’avaient pas été communiquées.
