Un magnifique riad, plein de charme, qui offre une véritable parenthèse de sérénité au cœur de Marrakech. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la beauté des lieux, le cadre paisible et l'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la médina à pied. Un grand merci au personnel (et plus particulièrement Brahim) pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Un endroit authentique et raffiné, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons pour profiter pleinement de Marrakech !

Un séjour magique hors du temps
Un lieu magique au centre de la médina qui offre une bulle de sérénité pour un séjour hors du temps. Localisation idéale pour « vivre » Marrakech. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le Riad propose intimité et confort avec plusieurs espaces détentes et des chambres spacieuses.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Rafaele. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests in a riad and more like we were staying at a family home. The place itself is beautiful and full of character, but what really makes it special are Ibrahim and Souleiman. They are truly the soul of this place. They are incredibly warm, helpful and genuinely caring. They somehow manage to help you even before you ask for anything, always giving you advice, recommendations and making sure everything is perfect. And their smiles… always there! 😊 You can really feel that their hospitality comes from the heart, not just because it’s their job. By the end of our stay, they made us feel like we had become part of the family rather than just guests passing through. That’s something we will genuinely remember about this place. Thank you, Ibrahim and Souleiman, for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back to Riad Rafaele whenever we are in Marrakech. ❤️

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, un’oasi di pace in mezzo al caos della Medina. La differenza rispetto ad altri posti dove ho soggiornato l’ha fatta l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dell staff. Soulaymane in particolar modo con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza è sempre stato a nostra disposizione e ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto.

Eine wunderschöne grüne Oase mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft – der perfekte Rückzugsort in Marrakesc
Alles. Das Riad ist eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt – sehr viel Grün, angenehm kühl und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
