Overall great experience in Marrakech!
Beautiful design, great location, comfy bed, air conditioning was beautiful
Shower was good but a bit broken and we Found it a bit weird that they required us to leave our key with them whenever we went out

Disappointing
Staff and breakfast
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We had agreed with the hotel in advance that someone would be there to pick us up at the airport, but nobody showed up. We were therefore left with no choice but to take an Uber at our own expense. After we arrived, the hotel’s response was to offer us a cup of tea as an apology, which neither of us drinks or wanted. Even more surprisingly, at check-out they tried to charge us for the tea that had supposedly been offered as a gesture of apology. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. The bed sheets were not changed even once during our entire stay. Our hand towels and bath towels were also not changed once. The shampoo and shower gel provided were of very poor quality. On top of that, basic toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel were not replenished, meaning we repeatedly had to go to reception to ask for them. Overall, the level of service and attention to basic guest needs was far below what we expected. There were several opportunities for the hotel to make things right, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory.
