We were very happy with our 3 night stay. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and very helpful. They could help us with answering logistical questions and also arranged for a short notice request for washing a small load of laundry just after breakfast one morning. The breakfast was very good, slightly different with the bread every day for some variety. Again, we emphasize the staff was very nice and would ask when we wanted breakfast in order to make sure they could have it ready for us. Location is in the heart of the Medina labyrinth so not super easy to find at first, but then it's no problem. There is a convenient small shop where you can get water and other drinks and snacks right before turning to the alley leading to the Riad. The Riad is nicely decorated, clean and quiet with atmospheric small nooks in the communal areas with seating and electric outlets. My wife is a sensitive sleeper and it was quiet enough for her comfort. All in all it was a very nice experience.
Only thing that would be a nice upgrade would be a shower curtain. Not having one is seemingly typical in Morocco but nonetheless this small upgrade would make a difference in keeping the bathroom nice for a couple traveling together like we were.

Emplacement parfait. Personnel très serviable. On se sent comme à la maison. Décoration superbe, on est vraiment dépaysé. Petit déjeuner au top.

The staff (day and night) and owner were super kind and always here to help us with any of our demands anytime, the service was brilliant, then the riad decoration was beautiful, and in really great localisation!

Great location, super friendly staff, great breakfast, and amazing bargain
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful for our stay. Amine and Mohammad were great at helping us figure out good activities, places to eat, and travel accommodations. Mohammad even helped us to our final pick up location when leaving to go back to the airport. He helped us with luggage, as my son only us one functioning arm at the moment!
You could hear the conversations from downstairs, but we were happy listening to music.
