Safety concerns due to aggressive staff and unagreed charges
Surprisingly, there is actually a bed in the room! Even more surprisingly, there is even a working shower!!
1. Staff "M.T." demanded 600 MAD for a tour pre-agreed at 400 MAD in the Booking.com chat. When I asked about the difference, he shouted loudly and slammed his phone on the table. I felt unsafe and had to check out 2 nights early and book another hotel. 2. Unbearably strong sewage odor around the lower floor/room. Defective and noisy AC, towels that shed heavy fibers, and incredibly poor breakfast. 3. Lack of professional communication and customer care. Très beau Riad bien situé
L’emplacement du Riad est idéal, à 3min à pied de la porte bleue. Le Riad est magnifique et les chambres spacieuses.

Carino ma maggior attenzione ai dettagli
Posizione ottima ma l'odore nella struttura non è piacevole e anche nella stanza c'era odore di muffa, non era presente il phone e il sapone era vuoto, colazione buona personale ottimo sopratutto il titolare che da molte informazioni e ci ha trovato una guida a un'ottimo prezzo
