Unbewohnbar auf einer Großbaustelle
Das Haus ist groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Riad liegt mitten in einer Großbaustelle. Zwischen 9:00 und 17:00 ist die Unterkunft unbewohnbar wegen der Presslufthammer und Baugeräusche. Das ganze Haus ist überzogen von Baustaub und daher absolut dreckig. Die Terrasse wegen des Baustaubes nicht zu benutzen. Das Riad ist zur Zeit nicht bewohnbar! Wir mussten umziehen und uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Das braucht man bei einem Kurztrip wirklich nicht. Der Eigentümer hat uns das gesamte Geld erstattet.

Horrible experience. Property right in the middle of demolition and construction site. Misleading
The Riad was right in the middle of demolition and construction zone all around. Jack hammering entire time. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Manager said they will refund the money however the owner denied the refund that was requested via booking.com. A horrible experience. I have a video, of the demolition and construction activity but this site does not allow for video to be uploaded. I am uploading the pictures. This environment caused a direct and serious impact on our health. I suffer from dust allergies, which were significantly aggravated due to the construction exposure, and my son was also affected. We were forced to seek urgent medication under difficult circumstances. I continue to require medical treatment even after returning home. The on-site manager acknowledged these issues and indicated that a refund would be issued. However, the owner has since refused and remains unresponsive. This constitutes a failure to honor commitments made during the stay and a disregard for guest welfare. Under widely accepted accommodation and consumer protection standards, including those outlined by Booking.com, failure to disclose material conditions such as nearby construction, along with providing an unsafe and unhealthy environment, is unacceptable. This experience reflects a serious breach of trust, and we strongly caution future guests. Accountability is expected in situations where guest health, safety, and accurate representation are compromised.
