You don't need to take anything with you to the beach other than towels, that's how close it is. Parking is very close, and the street it's on is pedestrianized. Two balconies offer opportunities to sit outside and enjoy a meal or drink at any time of day. The nearest grocery store is not fifty paces away, the nearest restaurant closer yet. Despite all that it is quiet if there's no live music nearby. The bathroom is tastefully tiled and very modern. Beautiful bougainvillea and croatian masonry provide the perfect mediterranean atmosphere for an ideal holiday location. The closely located parking spot also makes it an ideal place for exploring the island.
The master bedroom is in the same room as the kitchen/dining area and the only room with a/c. This means either parents freeze or children sweat. Also, the EV charging station that was advertised and which led us to accept a significant premium over comparable places turned out to be a public charging station down the road, which even in shoulder season was occupied more often than not. Given that parking is a very short walk away in a private yard given over to vehicles, it seems as though putting a slow charging line there would have posed little problem and minimal investment. So if you are an EV owner and consider the lovely town of Njivice for your vacation this is something you should know.
