    Location was convenient, right beside the Academic Gallery, 5 - 10 minutes walking to the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, and acceptable distance to majority of the sightseeing locations. Taxi 15 EUR from the train station. Staff was very responsive and helpful. They are not always in the reception but very responsive via WhatsApp, also helped us book the taxi. They have a reception area which gives your apartment more privacy. The wash machine and dryer seems to be new and very clean. The air conditioning was very strong.

    The room with the bathtub had a bit of a musty smell, likely due to the bathtub. It would be fine if you slept on the sofa bed. If you don't use the bathtub, there is another shower in the other restroom, but very small. Our apartment was on the first floor. Quite a few mosquitos.

    It was perfect, great apartment, easy to check in All perfect The large bathtub was great!
