  Just love it

  We had a very good stay. The Black Sea view was beautiful. The surroundings are quiet, and the nearby park is gorgeous. Any issues in the apartment were fixed promptly. The service was very good. We came at the beginning of October and found it quiet and peaceful.

  Overall, we had a lovely experience with the hotel! Our room/studio was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything necessary for the stay; also the small kitchen had all the utensils and gadgets to make the stay pleasant. The staff was very friendly and at our service. We would like to give special thanks to Jasmine B., who was our lovely hostess :) The beach bar is amazing, we loved having our morning drinks there before the beach. Would definitely recommend this charming hotel to anyone who wants a cozy and peaceful vacay in Nessebar.

  The fact that we didn't make reservations for the hotel bicycles ahead from our arrival, and thus couldn't use them, saddened us a little. So we recommend that the future guests think about this and reserve them in advance.

  Great staff - aged und facilities - horribly hard mattresses

  The staff was super helpful and responsive and kept in touch with a dedicated WhatsApp-Chat. Appartment number 12 hat two balkonies, one of the them had a breathtaking view on the sea. Location - directly at the beach. The possibility to park directly in the basement of the facility was great.

  The photos in the description appear as if they were taken directly after the renovation, which is misleading about the current state of the facilities. Beach: The images in the description imply that you could use the beach umbrellas and chairs in the view of the the compound. However the compound's beach area with umbrellas and chairs is not on the sand but Ron the grass behind the sand. The floor is covered with wooden planks but the rusty nails are sticking out, so you have to be careful not to hurt your feet while barefoot. The beach chairs have cracks in them and if you have a lot of body hair, it can get sick in the chair crack. Facilities in the apartment: The smaller bed-room lacked air conditioning. There was no dishwasher in spite of the description. The mattresses were the hardest ones we ever experienced almost like sleeping on the bare floor. The sealant from the balcony door and window is worn out - the sound insulation was terrible. Luckily the area was mostly quiet except for one night where a driver wanted to convince everyone about the power of his car stereo, while waiting for the garage to open. Location: There are very few options to eat out or to sit down for coffee within walking distance.
