    The best place we have stayed ever. Great value for money. Family friendly.

    Our whole experience and stay at Urban Rest was excellent. Firstly the location is perfect. Central to the heart of Melbourne and transport options. We liked how quiet it was given its proximity to a main arterial road. Room was spacious, clean and complete with all essentials. The property had a diverse range of facilities to access such as outdoor spaces, indoor pool and gym. We travelled with our toddler and found this property was perfect for us, staff were accomodating to make our stay comfortable. Awesome shops neighbouring the building and a large park across the road was convenient for us. We met one of the staff members when we arrived who was extremely helpful, professional and accomodating. Since booking, communication was prompt and easy. Thank you for having us we will definitely stay again when we return to Melbourne and recommend to our friends and family.

    Not much to dislike. Fire alarm and evacuation going off at 6am but that is unavoidable.

    Die Lage des Apartments war super, direkt an der Tram Haltestelle und dem Richmond Traders Center, wo Coles, Pharmacy, Café, Bäckerei, Fleischer etc. vorhanden sind. Richmond selbst ist ebenso ein stylischer Stadtteil, mit vielen kleinen versteckten Bars und Restaurants. Unser Apartment war sauber und die Betten nebst Kopfkissen waren wirklich extrem bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher eine Grundausstattung (3 Töpfe, 2 Pfannen, 4 Gabeln, 4 Messer etc.) Wir waren nur 10 Tage vor Ort, von daher also absolut ausreichend, bei längerem Aufenthalt ist das jedoch ggf. zu wenig. Pool und Gym haben wir ebenso benutzt, beides einwandfrei. Auch die Infrarotsauna (separate Buchung gegen kleine Gebühr) hat uns gut gefallen.

    Etwas hellhörig, da wir Nachbarn hatten, die permanent die Tür geknallt haben.

    Comfy, clean, convient

    Great mix of residents and travelers, super clean, convenient and great facilities. National grocery chain and food retailers attached to the building. Dog friendly for residents, nice to see doggo's heading out for walks.

    Not clear on there being siloed areas. I swiped in on one side of the building but got stuck not being able to access my area. I had to go back out to the street and walk half a block around to "my side"
