    The best location!

    The hotel is in an incredible location - you step outside and the amazing Richmond Park views are steps away! Super central to the centre of the town, close to shops, cafes and restaurants! Lots to do in the area. Overall the hotel space in the reception area & bar/restaurant has a nice feel to it.

    The rooms felt a little outdated compared to my previous stay a couple of years ago. We initially paid extra to upgrade to a larger room, but the additional space was mainly taken up by a desk near the window, so the upgrade didn’t feel worthwhile. We ultimately opted for the smaller room at a lower rate, which was actually nicer and better value for money. Overall, I feel the rooms would benefit from a refresh to better justify the rates being charged.
