    Claro que no volvería

    La ubicación era buena, el muchacho de la recepción que me atendió por el problema de la habitación realmente aprecié la dedicación con la que nos movió de habitación a mi y a mi hija

    Tuve una habitación para fumadores y no se podía respirar dentro, luego de comunicarme varias veces con la recepción y de tratar de cancelar en booking. Que no nos lo permitieron entonces nos movieron para otra habitación pero aunque era de fumadores se sentía menos el olor a cigarrillo. Fue incómodo porque para que me dieran una habitación limpia tenía que pagar 20.000 yenes más solo por una noche eso fue hasta irrespetuoso pedirlo, obviamente no lo iba a pagar. Al amanecer al día siguiente mi lengua estaba tan negra que ni yo podía creer lo que veía, aún no se si fue por la nicotina de la habitación o por el humo que había en ella, fue horrible simplemente nunca antes había pasado por algo así. Yo tengo problemas de alergias a todo en general y más cuando respiro olores fuertes. Fue una noche muy difícil para mí y mi niña de 14 años y al siguiente día me tenía que ir para el aeropuerto para regresar a casa o sea no podía dedicarle mucho tiempo a esa situación tan desfavorable. A pesar de todo le agradezco mucho al muchacho de la recepción que nos trató de ayudar de alguna forma, aunque no fue la solución, la solución era movernos para una habitación de no fumadores.
