Traumatizing.
The owner told us to wait twenty minutes to check in. We waited on the street with our children and luggage. Then I called back and hung up on me. We never got in. We were stranded. My daughter was dancing at the Royal Ballet and my husband is disabled. It was traumatic.

Nothing because I found out one day before that the accommodation was cancelled after I called them to find out the check in process. They were extremely unprofessional. Didn’t communicate and didn’t have the decency to follow up when I reached out. Seems like a scam. I booked months in advance for a 3 bedroom place, was in touch with them asking them about cooling etc which they responded to a week before the said check in but failed to communicate that they had an issue and couldn’t accommodate me. They said they informed booking.com but they have too many offices and there might have been a miscommunication. When I checked on booking.com for same dates they are available. Absolutely scam please don’t trust them. I have written to booking.com to flag them. Don’t want anyone else to go through the stress and inconvenience and high rates to book accommodation last minute at peak season.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location
The location is prime: close to the Thames and all the shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and a short walk to so many of the great spots in Richmond.
