Beautiful property in Kew - unfortunate challenges with checkin and missing tumble dryer
Beautiful spacious property in Kew well located and modern
Checking in process was complex for some reason and communication poor Property advertised a tumble dryer which was a primary reason for booking as we were traveling but there wasn’t one. When queried there was no response

Excellent
All aspects of the property was great. New modern appliances and internet was excellent.
Perhaps the TV did not have basic free channels like BBC, ITV etc Will be good to have some information about local amenities/shops in the property
