    The apartment is in a great location, close to the centre but in a quiet side street. Everything is new and clean, great shower and kitchen. It's a small place but if you're here to explore Palermo that is no problem. Most of all Bartolomeo was very communicative and helpful, even helping us to retrieve something we left at the property!

    Great location, prompt service, and good value for money.

    This property boasts a prime location in the heart of the old town, close to the Teatro Massimo di Palermo and adjacent to a famous Mercato del Capo market. Situated on the ground floor of an older building in a residential area, it offers convenient access. Recently renovated and fully equipped, it includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances such as an induction cooker, microwave, fridge and kettle. The rooms are clean and tidy. The host was very hospitable, personally greeting guests and helping us with check-in. He was also quick to respond to and resolve issues such as the power outage – thumbs up!

    The room is poorly ventilated, and the water heater has a small capacity, so it cannot continuously supply hot water.
