    La limpieza. Lo bien comunicado que está. Que se puede ir andando al centro

    Que no haya ni una panadería cerca. Hay un Eroski más o menos cerca pero hay que subir después una cuesta enorme. Las personas con movilidad reducida no tienen fácil volver al apartamento andando

    No tiene aire acondicionado y el barrio no es atractivo, sin bares ni tiendas.
