    occorre inserire una ventola in bagno e prevedere un deumidificatore per tutto l'appartamento

    cucina ben attrezzata nessun problema nella condivisione degli spazi comuni con gli ospiti dell'altra camera il cambio di asciugamani anche se non richiesto

    l'appartamento è molto umido, soprattutto il bagno in cucina entrano tutte le sere le lumache occorre parcheggiare in fondo alla via non c'è alcuno spazio esterno utilizzabile non ci sono finestre su spazi esterni
