Un hotel que solo es bonito en fotos
Lo único que es salvable del hotel es la ubicación y que la cama era algo cómoda
No sé ni por dónde empezar. Las paredes y el techo de la habitación llenos de manchas y gotas de a saber que. Te ponen unas cápsulas de café y no las limpian aunque se lo pidas poniendo el típico cartel, ni te hacen la cama, con suerte, nos pusieron toallas limpias al segundo día. La lavadora no la uséis ya que funciona fatal. La ropa nos la dejó como si la hubiéramos dejado dentro de una piscina, además por más que pusimos el programa de secado, en total 4 veces, no secó nada, solo calentó la ropa. Hasta las 12 de la noche desde las 5 de la tarde intentando secar la ropa. Perdimos una tarde por culpa del hotel. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The best place to stay in Kyoto.
Everything! The rooms were big and clean, beds super comfy. The staff was really nice and helpful. Absolutely staying here next time I’m in Kyoto.

Sehr schönes Hotel an idealer Lage
Die Lage des Hotels nahe der Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ideal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, eher eng, aber sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal an der Reception war überaus freundlich und hat keine Mühen gescheut, alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen zu klären.
