    Good experience but won’t do it again

    Location and experiencing a traditional Japanese home

    The sleeping and eating facilities which sort of contradicts me picking this location but it was difficult for me to sleep well and the kitchen area was very tight

    Sejour plus que mitigé dans ce logement

    La salle de bain, l'emplacement, les restaurants aux alentours. Le charme de l'architecture d'une maison traditionnelle (et ses inconvénients qui seront abordés dans ce que je n'ai pas aimés)

    Séjour très décevant pour un établissement qui se prétend de haut standing. Les chambres à l'étage ne sont absolument pas fermées car les murs ne montent pas jusqu'au plafond. L'espace est entièrement ouvert, ce qui fait qu'il n'y a aucune insonorisation et qu'on entend tout depuis la salle de bain ou les autres pièces. Il n'y a pas non plus de volets, donc attendez-vous à être réveillés dès 4h30 du matin par la lumière directe en été. Prévoyez impérativement des boules Quies et un masque de nuit. De plus, la climatisation souffle directement sur le visage au niveau du lit sans possibilité de réglage confortable, avec une couette trop courte pour les personnes de grande taille. Nous avons payé un supplément pour un adulte supplémentaire, initialement refusé par écrit sur la plateforme mais accepté pour passer en direct, pour au final ne pas avoir assez de vaisselle, seulement 6 verres et 7 assiettes, et aucun lit ni oreiller supplémentaire. Pour couronner le tout, l'ensemble des placards du logement est fermé à clé pour l'administration et nous avons découvert une couche importante de poussière sous les lits. Suite à ma réclamation, la réception m'a envoyé un simple copié-collé généré par intelligence artificielle pour se dédouaner de chaque reproche sans apporter la moindre solution. J'ai trouvé cette réponse particulièrement déplacée et je compte demander un remboursement car ce logement ne vaut absolument pas sa note.

    Koselig japansk hjem. Rolig området, og sentralt. God service ved innsjekking.
