    Very enjoyable.

    Great open layout. Large deck with view to ocean and estuary.

    Overall I was very happy with the accommodation. The following are just a few points that require attention that probably wouldn't be apparent if not bought to your attention: BBQ has broken grill, was dirty, grease catch tray was overflowing and is very small for six-person accommodation (Weber Baby Q). Kitchen equipment needs a stock take - Lots of pans provided but most have non-stick peeling off. Only non-stick spatula/egg-flip is broken etc. Ensuite bathroom toilet is very hard to flush and the hand basin drain is clogged. Exhaust fan has come away from ceiling and was providing entry point for moths during the current plague. Several globes in lounge light fittings are out. Joist hangers on deck have partially rusted out. Not an immediate danger but if they aren't seen to it will end in disaster in time.
