    The apartment was lovely.

    When I arrived even though I'd booked with a card the wouldn't take a card payment! I have never known reception staff so rude and unhelpful in all of my travels. I asked for help 3 times one was cancelled you tell me where the atm is so I can pay cash. All I got was no Another was cancelled you use your card to send me up to the apartment to get my phone so I can see how much I need to pay from booking.com again no I can't remember the other thing I asked them but it was no again. The host was lovely she gave me the password key to get in my room before I went to find an ATM which I had to walk for over 4km to find. But the reception staff was an absolute disgrace. Even the host said they're not human and rubbish. Like I said the apartment and host was both lovely but the reception staff are a disgrace to the hospitality sector. And I don't say that lightly because I'm well travelled and if somewhere is just ok I won't leave a review but I have to mention the reception staff this time because they was shocking.
