    Place has potential, but poor management/staff presence ruins the stay.

    Location and room layout met our needs.

    Did not feel safe due to poor securing of lobby in evening hours. No staff 9pm-6am and doors are to be locked by staff with code only access for guests. Door was left open by staff and drunk, belligerent man was in the lobby banging on our door and harassing other guests. Upper management were notified and lower management did not handle appropriately. We were informed the employ has made this mistake several times with intruders coming into lobby- employee is still working. No housekeeping unless you ask, unfortunately front desk is not staffed 90% of the time. Resulted in lack of towels and garbage removal. Tedious.

    beautiful old victorian building, free water and soft drinks, ideal location in between downtown and beach boardwalk area all within walking distance. room was clean and very comfortable bed

    with being a older building its a bit tight getting up all the stairs with lots of luggage but nothing major

    Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Bad neu, Bett bequem. Top Lage in 5 Minuten am Strand und Warf

    Kein Kleiderschrank oder Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zimmerim 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Mit dem gesamten Gepäck etwas schwierig.
