    Excellent location

    The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere or transport was nearby. Washing machine and clothes drying rack very handy.

    The payment method was an international transfer to the host, not through Booking.com. This was inconvenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hair-dryer did not work. There were no blankets at all. Empty hand soap container. Shower door broken so water went everywhere. Limited soap and toilet paper.

    Decent stay.

    The location was very good. Walkable distance from colosseum.

    The property was advertised as “air conditioned” but there was AC only in 1 room. It was very hot during our stay so not having AC in the other rooms was awful. Also the property is on 4th floor and it has a tiny lift which can barely fit 2 tiny people. It should be mentioned in the description. The payment method was a bit weird - only cash or bank transfer and I feel this should be mentioned as well so people know what they’re getting into.

    Lokalista super, všade blízko, čisto v byte, komunikácia z ubytujúcim prijemná.

    Malá vybavenosť kuchynky, nebola tam ani hubka na riad, maličé koše, žiadne vrecia naviac a rozbité dvierka na sprchovom kúte.

    Great base for exploring.

    Super location, perfect for exploring Rome without using public transport. Had both washing machine and dishwasher so very convenient even for a longer stay. Lovely restaurant literally outside the door and plenty of others within easy reach. If you are only using two rooms, the third can serve as a small living space as it has a sofa; otherwise it's just the kitchen.

    There is only one air conditioner in the second bedroom - this does an ok job of cooling the whole flat if you can leave doors open, but once you go to bed and close doors the main bedroom gets hot in the summer. The main room facing onto the street is also quite noisy in the evenings - this didn't bother us as night owls but might others. It might be worth swapping the rooms over! Kitchen is only very lightly equipped.
