Sarebbe utile segnalare in sede di prenotazione alla clientela la presenza di scale ripide (terzo piano).

Bien situado, pero NO LO RECOMIENDO.
la situacion es buena, esta en campo de fiori, al lado de piazza navona,un sitio estrategico para visitar Roma.
EDITADO EL DIA 10/10/26- DESPUES DE LEER LA RESPUESTA A MI COMENTARIO DEL PROPIETARIO, (EN LA MISMA SE QUEJABA DE QUE NO HABIAMOS LEIDO EL ANUNCIO) , HE TENIDO QUE INFORMAR A BOOKING, YA QUE EN EL ANUNCIO NO SE INDICA QUE FUESE UN TERCERO SIN ASCENSOR ( AL MENOS A FECHA 21/09/2026). POR LO QUE RECOMIENDO QUE ANTES DE RESPONDER A UN COMENTARIO DE UN HUESPED, LEA BIEN SU PROPIO ANUNCIO PARA VERIFICAR LO QUE HA PUESTO. Me aloje en el estudio con mi pareja, el coste fue de 396,20 euros por 2 noches. -Es un tercero sin ascensor, con tramos de escaleras con mucha inclinacion y largas, (no apto para gente que no este en buena forma fisica). -A la cama (incomoda),se accede por unas escaleras de caracol de metal estrechas por las que tienes que subir con mucho cuidado si no quieres darte algun golpe. -La cocina no esta pensada para cocinar, faltan cosas esenciales. -la ducha tiene poca presion de agua y la manilla de la puerta estaba rota. -la tv es muy pequeña y no es smart tv. -el wifi grauito se caia a menudo. -el pago se realiza por transferencia, no se carga automaticamente en la tarjeta de booking con la que se hace la reserva. Resumiendo no lo recomendaria.

Posizione a Roma perfetta. Appartamento carino in una casa storica. Si respira l'aria autentica. Gli spazi adeguati per 4 persone.
Il divano letto è troppo piccolo per 2 ragazzi grandi! E' adatto per una persona o due bambini piccoli. Il rumore che si sente arrivare dalla strada (pur essendo pedonale) anche di notte era davvero fastidioso. Le finestre sono d'epoca come l'edificio quindi non isolano per niente dal rumore. Peccato perchè basterebbe installare delle nuove finestre isolanti e tende oscuranti per rendere il soggiorno decisamente più confortevole!
