    Calm location nearby the sea pools

    Great location nearby the sea water pools and other beaches. Great equipment for travelling with a baby and for shorter stays as the living room/kitchen area is quite small, but also well equiped. Car parking right in front so we could also reach shops and center of Porto easily. It is a very calm and residential neighborhood.

    The apartement is on a groundfloor with windows to the street so a bit less privacy or less light. But the street seems generally quite calm, sadly there was a constructions site nearby, but that was just our luck.

    Faltó limpieza y mantenimiento al lugar

    Lamentablemente el departamento no estaba limpio, la cortina de la ducha manchada de humedad, y tenía que haber sido sustituida, las paredes del salón con salitre por lo que todo el departamento olía a humedad, el mueble para comer con termitas.

    Good spot, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort was disappointing.

    Good spot to the beach and cafes.

    We checked in after a long flight at 1am to find mould on the wall in the bedroom. This could have easily been cleaned during the day especially since we didn’t checkin till 1am. The next day they offered to clean it, but never arrived as scheduled, and when we sent a message to find out when they would come there was no response. Meant we had to sleep the second night in the room with mould, something which is so bad for your health. Also the bedsheet had what looked like old blood stains. Stained sheets shouldn’t be used when renting places. There also wasn’t any body wash or soap, shampoo or conditioner. Simple amenities that all other places I have stayed in provide to make it comfortable. Especially since arriving after a long flight all we wanted was to have a shower but had to wait till morning to buy some soap.
