    The location is good.

    The basin and shower place are pretty small but still acceptable.

    Pleasant, clean, somewhat good location if not busy. Felt secure and safe.

    Location was pretty good, if not in a very busy area. Clean.

    Did not have enough blankets, never saw any of the help. They only communicated through texting. We at least like to see someone once when checking in. A bit confused on the city tax. Told us just to leave the cash on the desk in an envelope and gave us one amount and then a different amount another time. Kind of strange.

    The entire experience was nothing short of MEMORABLE!!
