    Tutto perfetto. O quasi...

    La posizione ideale, la gestione famigliare, l'estetica e l'atmosfera del vecchio albergo (magnifica la sala ristorante/colazione al piano terra), con diversi arredi decò o anni cinquanta/sessanta.

    La gestione famigliare è di certo un vantaggio e nulla da dire sulla giovane figlia del proprietario (gentilissima e prodiga di consigli). Quanto al marito, che di tanto in tanto si trova alla réception o serve ai tavoli, qualche requisito minimo di educazione non guasterebbe. Dico proprio il minimo: usare formule tipo "benvenuti" quando due clienti entrano, aggiungere un "per favore" alla frase "datemi i documenti" (detto proprio così, all'imperativo, al nostro arrivo, dopo un buongiorno stentato) e più in generale semplicemente salutare quando ci si incrocia. Ecco, proprio il minimo, non si pretende altro.
