Komunikace s příjemnou a milou majitelkou. Měl jsem pocit jako bych byl s maminkou opět. Lokalita, čistota ubytování a velikost apartmánu.

Mieszkanie wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Gospodyni jest miła i pomocna. Obiekt jest położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - blisko centrum i masa lokali wokół :)) Dobry wybór na krótki pobyt w Tiranie.
Głośna instalacja hydrauliczna, która włącza się przy używaniu wody. Brak kapsułek do pralki.

La cortesia e la celerità dei miei quesiti nei confronti della proprietaria, la vicinanza dal punto di interesse.
La struttura avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di un intervento di modernizzazione e rinnovamento generale. Gli ambienti e gli arredi risultano piuttosto datati, con pavimentazione e mobilio che ricordano abitazioni di molti anni fa e che avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati per offrire un’esperienza più confortevole e in linea con gli standard attuali. Inoltre, un aspetto che mi ha colpito negativamente è stata l’assenza di una vera cucina: era presente solamente una vecchia piastra elettrica appoggiata su un forno visibilmente usurato e arrugginito, mentre il lavandino si trovava in un’altra stanza, soluzione poco pratica e funzionale.
