Fijn verblijf met zeer behulpzamen mensen.
De accommodatie ligt buiten het centrum van Sarandë waardoor je niet in de drukte van het stadje verblijft. Het is een kleine wandeling naar het centrum maar goed te doen. De eigenaresse en haar moeder deden er alles aan om ons verblijf goed te laten verlopen. Ze waren beide zeer behulpzaam. Verder heeft de accommodatie een koelkastje en een keuken.
We hadden wat problemen met de afvoer van de douche. Dit was geen groot probleem en hebben dit aan de eigenaresse vermeldt. Ze ging er gelijk werk van maken door er iemand na te laten kijken. Er zijn geen ramen in de accommodatie dus verwacht geen daglicht.

Rude and agresive host
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a host. The apartment itself was not the issue—the host’s behavior was. Before checking out, she asked me to let her know when I was leaving, which I did. She arrived while I was finishing packing, entered the apartment, and started cleaning while I was taking my last belongings. I left the door slightly open so she could continue cleaning and even sent her a message explaining why. Instead of speaking to me respectfully, she repeatedly called me, screamed at me over the phone while I was driving, and then sent insulting messages calling me names. She continued calling until I had to block her number. This was completely unnecessary, intimidating, and deeply unprofessional. A simple misunderstanding could have been resolved with one polite sentence, but instead I was treated with hostility and disrespect. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property if they expect basic courtesy and professional behavior from a host.
