Absolute paradise

Un 10!
El personal era molt amable, especialment un cambrer del bufet que es deia Dep. Aquest cambrer sempre va tenir un tracte excel·lent amb nosaltres i ens va atendre molt bé. L’hotel està molt ben ubicat; la fauna que pots veure a les seves platges és impressionant, i l’habitació està molt bé i molt neta.
No poder anar a les platges de l’altre hotel.

NIE WIEDER!!!!!!
ACHTUNG – Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub auf den Malediven verbringen möchte, sollte sich dieses Resort gut überlegen! Wir haben dieses Resort für unsere Flitterwochen gebucht und wurden leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Von der entspannten Atmosphäre, die man auf den Malediven erwartet, war kaum etwas zu spüren. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts verhielt sich ein großer Teil der Gäste extrem laut und rücksichtslos. In Restaurants und öffentlichen Bereichen wurde permanent laut über FaceTime telefoniert, Sprachnachrichten wurden mit voller Lautstärke aufgenommen und abgespielt, und auf andere Gäste wurde keinerlei Rücksicht genommen. Teilweise wurden große Mengen an Getränken bestellt und anschließend einfach stehen gelassen. Das Verhalten gegenüber dem Personal wirkte auf uns häufig respektlos. Das größte Problem war jedoch das Management. Obwohl wir das Gespräch mit einem Vorgesetzten gesucht haben und dieser bestätigte, dass die Hausordnung eigentlich durchgesetzt werden sollte, änderte sich nichts. Das Personal griff kaum ein und störendes Verhalten wurde über Tage hinweg toleriert. Für ein Resort dieser Preisklasse ist das aus unserer Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Wir waren nicht die Einzigen mit dieser Meinung. Auch andere Urlauber, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, waren von der fehlenden Rücksichtnahme und der Untätigkeit des Resorts enttäuscht. Unsere Flitterwochen hätten etwas ganz Besonderes werden sollen. Stattdessen waren wir froh, als der Urlaub vorbei war. Für uns steht fest: Dieses Resort werden wir nie wieder buchen und wir können es allen, die Ruhe, Erholung und eine gehobene Atmosphäre suchen, leider nicht empfehlen.
