    Riva Apartment is a beautiful, modern, comfortable place in the heart of the Diocletian Palace!

    It was right in the heart of Split, inside the Diocletian Palace. Very new and clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the Diocletian Palace. The BEST part was that when I called to locate the apartment, the manager not only responded right away but he appeared within minutes to carry our bags up the stairs to our apartment. And he was also there to bring our bags down and out of town to our taxi. He was amazing! Super-sweet, responsive and so helpful!!!

    It was a little hard to find and there were many stairs to access the building and many stairs to get to the apartment. Although it is centrally located there is no vehicle accessibility so it was necessary to both walk in and out of town with our bags. Luckily the manager was super-responsive and both carried our bags up and down for us!

    Location was a perfect base to have within such a historic site, easy access to the waterfront, safe for women travelers
