    Appartamento conforme alla descrizione, vicino alla spiaggia, pulito e organizzato.

    Piccole cose deteriorate a fine stagione, ma nulla da segnalare.

    Ruim, schoon appartement met faciliteiten op begane grond, onderdeel van een wooncomplex, MET parkeerplaats. Het strand en enkele eetgelegenheden waren op loopafstand. Riva (wijkdeel van Sestri Levanto) is nog authentiek. Een aanrader was het Italiaans restaurant Le Gardenie. Vanuit het mooie centrum van Sestri Levanto, 2,5 km van ons appartement, kon je een mooie boottocht maken naar bv. Portofino.

    1) het missen van een eigen tuin(tje) en/of balkon (was bekend op de site). 2) gelet op huurprijs van het appartement, toch - bij gebruik - betalen voor de airco, daardoor prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding iets minder.
