    L'emplacement ! A moins de 5 mn de marche de la plage et 15-20 mn du centre ville, c'est le gros point fort !

    L'équipement dans son ensemble est très moyen : - lits, chaises, fauteuils peu confortables - il manque des éléments utiles (verrou sur la porte des sanitaires, table et lampe de chevet de chaque côté du lit...) - la déco est datée et complètement dépareillée, y compris le linge de lit et de toilette. L'ensemble manque de goût et de confort, cela ne donne pas envie de passer du temps dans le logement.

    Miejsce z dużym potencjałem ale wymaga większej uwagi właściciela bo jest zaniedbane

    Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Jeziora. Przepiękne widoki z dużego i wygodnego tarasu. Na plus także parking dla samochodu (nawet dla busa)

    Bardzo brudno. Mieszkanie zostawiliśmy czystsze niż je zastaliśmy. To nawet nie jest problem starego i niekompletnego wyposażenia tylko tego, że było po prostu brudne. Naczynia do mycia, patelnia lepiąca się od tłuszczu, na podłodze kurz i robaki.
