Disappointing
The location was stunning during the day.
The apartment had an extremely narrow and dangerously steep spiral staircase which made it impossible to lift our cases to the bedroom. The apartment was directly next to a noisy bar playing unrelenting music making it impossible to sleep. The small living space contains one small sofa totally inadequate for three adults to relax in!

Magnifique !
La localisation est idéale face au petit port avec cette vue magnifique, on peut voir le lever/coucher du soleil de la chambre au 1er étage. Petite plage et solarium à proximité, bars et restaurants proches et centre d'Ortigia facilement accessible à pied. Tout est à proximité : commerces, restos et plages !
Les salles de bain ont besoin d'être rénovées surtout les douches et la robinetterie. Pas d'aspirateur disponible dans l'appartement :-(

Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. Staircase to the upper bedroom very narrow. No terrace or balcony. Chairs and a table to sit outside enjoy the view and have a glass of wine would be an asset to the unit.

Stedet virker som en pengemaskine.
Sengene var elendige. Alle møbler og udstyr var som i en studenter lejlighed. Der var en ekstrem stejl trappe til 1. sal, som var enorm vanskelig at få en kuffert op ad. DET BURDE HAVE FREMGÅET AF BESKRIVELSEN PÅ NETTET. Stolene lavede en infernalsk larm, når man flyttede dem (filt dutter ville en opmærksom vært have sat under stolebenene). Man kunne kun få adgang til lejemålet via en baggård, vejen foran var under renovering. Det ville have været rart at vide, så vi ikke havde brugt en halv time på at prøve at komme til at læsse vores kufferter af midt om natten. Den ene skydedør i brusekabinen på 1. sal faldt af, første gang jeg ville i bad. Brusekabinen var i øvrigt bare stillet ovenpå gulvet og var ved at korrodere.
