    Nicht zu empfehlen

    Die Lage direkt am Wald und plätschernden Bach. Schwimmbad in der Nähe. Freundliche Vermieter.

    Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und lieblos teilrenoviert. Schimmel in der Küche. Mehrere wohl ausgemusterte Pfannen sind beschädigt und unbrauchbar. Die Küchenutensilien sind alt und zusammengewürfelt, wie vom Flohmarkt. Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt ungepflegt und unsauber (Wollmäuse unter dem Sofa, runde Ecken am Boden, in der Küche überall fettigen Fingerabdrücke. Insgesamt kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen trotz guter Heizung und warmen Wasser. Für den Preis absolut nicht adäquat.
