    Great for motorbike lovers!

Lovely cozy cottage with excellent pubs (worth booking ahead as they are popular)and shops all nearby. Short stroll to the beach and Hive Cafe. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Even provided dishwasher tablets. Bedroom window was jammed but the agent had a man in the next day to fix it... excellent service.

Location is right on the road so lots of traffic/motorbike noise when the windows were open. The garden was quite overgrown and there were only 2 deck chairs for the four of us. It was a shame no one had noticed the jammed bedroom window before we arrived. Could do with a fan in each bedroom. Coffee filter machine still had coffee in it so we rinsed it out and put it in the cupboard.

Very poor value for money compared to other cottages in Burton Bradstock, cannot recommend.

House looks charming from the outside. Parking is easy.

Decoration very tired. Superficially clean but much dirt under rug in single room. Nowhere to hang clothes in two of the three bedrooms. Only 3 coat hangers for 3 bedrooms, but more delivered the following day upon request. Damp smell in kitchen and bathroom. Pillow liners smelly. Large double bed uncomfortable, others ok. No iron and ironing board. Location on main road and all bedrooms, sitting room and dining room are very noisy from ceaseless traffic.

A tired cottage but in a great location.

The location is great- Burton Bradstock is a pretty village and a short walk to a beautiful beach and lovely coastal walks. The enclosed garden was very peaceful and a lovely suntrap, perfect for a morning coffee. The beds were comfortable.

The cottage is very tired and in need of updating. It needs a deep clean and some areas redecorating. There is rust on the bottom of the fridge freezer and several stains on the sofa in the front room. There was a funny damp smell in the porch when we arrived which was off putting and didn't give a good impression. One of the taps in the sink in the upstairs toilet is wobbly and the light switch temperamental. There was garden furniture but it needed a good clean.
