The surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery and tranquil views that make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The accommodation itself is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a cozy stay. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the porch or unwinding after a day of exploring, every moment here feels refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and restful getaway.

    While the homestay has many positive attributes, there are several areas that require immediate attention to enhance guest comfort. The central air conditioning system is inadequate, as the entire property relies on a single air conditioning unit to regulate temperature throughout the whole house. This proves insufficient, particularly during extreme weather conditions. In the master bedroom, the heater is notably underpowered and fails to provide adequate warmth on cooler nights, making sleep uncomfortable. Furthermore, the living room completely lacks curtains or any form of window covering. This creates a significant privacy concern after sunset, as the interior is fully exposed to the outside from the street.

    We had an amazing time here and was able to use Launceston as a jumping point for exploring North Tasmania.

    Everything was here that we needed and checking was so easy. Hosts were happy to answer any questions.
