    Well appointed.

    Property fully lived to expectations based on previous reviews. Extremely well appointed,everything had been thought about by host. Unlimited hot water and heating. Bed comfortable with quality bedding. Shower excellent with plentiful lovely towels. Lovely lounge with huge smart tv. Perfect location particularly if taking a dog. One minute to river walk, 10 minutes over bridge into dunkeld, 5 minutes to spar shop and birnam arts.

    The property is large with three bedrooms and so is priced accordingly as family accommodation which made it expensive for us as a couple.

    The rooms were all excellent but the location was superb. A stones throw from the riverside path

    Ideal family cottage in beautiful Perthshire

    The owner was very proactive with information about the location and booking in process. The house was very well equipped with very discreet signage on cupboard doors indicating where items could be located. - very much appreciated. A generous welcome basket was left for us. The house was spacious with comfortable furnishings and a secluded garden with garden furniture. The house is in an ideal location for visiting both Birnam and Dunkeld, with only 10 minute woodland walk to Dunkeld.

    There was nothing which could be improved upon.

    Very spacious, 6 of us came for a cycling event, lovely comfortable stay. House is well equipped.

    Loved everything wish there was a hottub or some log for the fire pit but other then that everything was great .
