    Needs Serious Maintenance

    The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the sea and El Teide from the balcony. We especially appreciated the elevator, as we were traveling with a baby and a stroller. Parking on the street was easy and convenient.

    The apartment is poorly maintained and everything is falling apart. All the doors creak loudly and some are hard to open and close. The kitchen is inadequately equipped and the coffee machine didn’t work. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy. The balcony door locks are completely rusted and cannot be secured. I can go on. If you expect a normal standard, I would not recommend this apartment.

    Mathilde très sympa pour la réception.

    Supplément pour arrivée tardive alors que sur l'annonce inscrit réception 24h/24h. 100 euros en liquide 24h avant.... Drap sale et lits inconfortables. Cafetière non fonctionnelle. Mail désagréable de la part de l'hôte, pas de consignes claires sur le retour des clés entre lui non présent sur le séjour....
