    Wonderful locate and house though very disappointed finding dog poo through through back yard 🙁

    Loved the located and how clean the inside of the house was. Comforted lounge, huge screen tv, comfortable dinning table and chairs Fully equipped to just turn up.

    When we arrived on Wednesday 3rd of June and took our dog straight out the back through side gate, there were dog poo in the top garden bed, down the sandy side of house and on the small rock cover on lower ground area. Large hole maybe dug by another pet down side of house. Smelt of dog urine and dog poo. The dog poo scoop was a dirty dust pan shovel which could scoop poo up without collecting sand or pebbles with it. We cleaned up some of the dog poo so our dog wouldn’t step through it. Needed hose nozzle on the end of hoses so we could use for front and back yard.

    House is spacious, well laid out and bedrooms nicely separated.

    Location was excellent. Quiet (Set back from main street, but the river was visible from the front verge. It was easy to walk to all main outlets on the main street)

    No complaints.
