    Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay overall and would recommend this house to anyone wanting to be on the river.

    River Road Villas #2 was a great property. Well equipped, comfortable, plenty of space, close to river, plenty of parking. I actually overpacked because I was worried I wouldn’t have certain things I may have needed for the kitchen. I shouldn’t have taken any of it. The only thing the kitchen didn’t have that would have been helpful would have been some trivets/hot pads for hot pans, etc..

    Three things that we didn’t enjoy about our stay and no fault of property or management: 1) neighbors on both sides were extremely loud with music that I would rather my 9 year old grandson not listen to, 2) bees were fairly bad and we couldn’t eat outside, which was disappointing because the decks were amazing, and 3) there was a bad smell that was under the lower deck, which wasn’t very appetizing (smelled like bad fish or dying rodent).
