    Great potential.. needs some work

    Location

    It was tired .. couldn’t control the air conditioning.. a family home not quite up to the rental market.. great for a group wanting good space to be together

    I like the location of the property, it has a lot of privacy and also really close to the river.

    I didn’t like that the house wasn’t very clean, there was spider webs on every single corner of the house, and it looked that those spiders web have been there for months without being cleaned. Also I found some mouse droppings in the living room and kitchen. The management of the property should give better maintenance to the house and a better cleaning for the guest.
