  Great location between several public transport lines, with services nearby. The building accepts deliveries from online stores like Shopee. The building has self-service laundry, a gym, a swimming pool, and a rooftop space for working, relaxing, reading, and strolling, with amazing views over the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur. The place is clean, with free cleaning service every 7 days. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the hosts were very cooperative. Communication with the hosts was easy and smooth, and they responded quickly. They seem very experienced, welcoming, and respectful, and talking with them was comfortable. The check-in was quick, and the young man who brought the key was friendly and smiling. The room has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay: a fridge, an electric kettle, a power adapter, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a stove, and a water filter, which is great. Thank you! The bed is comfortable and a good size for two people. The room view is stunning. You can clearly see the Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka 118 (the second tallest tower in the world), KL Tower, and the rest of the city's wonderful towers and landmarks. Being close to KL Sentral station and the mall connected to it made life easier and more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice if I visit Malaysia again.

  My notes below are not meant as criticism, but rather for the hosts to help make the experience perfect in every way, especially since these are small things that are easy to fix. First, and most important: the air conditioner is directly facing the bed, and there is no way to avoid the cold air. This was very uncomfortable, because turning it off isn't possible due to the heat, and keeping it on means being exposed to cold air all night. It really disturbed my sleep, and I hope a solution can be found so the AC doesn't blow directly onto the bed. Second, unpleasant smells sometimes came from the bathroom sink drain. Third, the windows are not well soundproofed. Perhaps adding rubber seals around them would solve the problem. Fourth, there is no washing machine inside the room, while some other accommodations in Kuala Lumpur do have one. In the end, I still give the place a high rating, and I wish the hosts continued success and improvement. Thank you very much!

  Séjour qui aurait été meilleur avec une chambre qui sent bon.

  Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, hôte réactif et équipement agréable. Proximité avec pas mal de commerces et restaurant et gare.

  Une odeurs vraiment désagréable, qui est resté jusqu’à la fin. La piscine n’était pas disponible jusqu’au 19 octobre mais le 20 octobre elle ne l’était toujours pas. Hôte réactif mais ne m’a pas apporté de solution radicale par rapport aux odeurs.
