    Lovely flat ,overlooking busy harbour,Dartmouth .

    The harbour view ,right outside is exceptional. We stayed here 5 days ,and were lucky with good weather throughout. The location is excellent, minutes away from lovely pubs ,restaurants and shops . Large roomy flat ,comfy beds ,nice lounge /dining room .Well equipped flat ,on first floor Will definitely re book this flat,the views are divine .. Thoroughly enjoyed a sunny day,going onthe Steam train to Paignton. Would highly recommend, again the views along the way are beautiful.

    Only one dissapointment ,you could not see clearly out of glass ,on left hand side of lounge patio .Think the inner glass ,needs changing .Would have like maybe few more clean towels/ kitchen tea towell left,and possibly some kitchen/ bathroom sprays ,just to wipe over surfaces ,during our 5 day stay .Otherwise, really lovely flat .,highly recommend.

    Would stay again if property was decorated and modernised.

    Excellent location and views near to shops restaurants and everything we needed.

    Noises from business below at night. Very grubby carpets in places and furniture needed a deep clean prices charged was very expensive should be clean.
