Excellent 3days spent in York. My favourite city in England. We would definitely book this apartment again.

    Location clean and tidy.

Although we didn’t watch much tv when we did the reception wasn’t great.

Loved York and the location of the apartment mostly. Would definitely stay again if less dusty!!

    Location is perfect

Not as clean as I’d hoped it would be. Dust everywhere, hand soap in kitchen and bathroom was heavily watered down and had not been replaced/topped up. Shower has a lot of grime. Staff kindly left tea and coffee but there is no sugar. Not a problem for us but lots of coffee and tea, lots of milk but no sugar doesn’t make sense. Main issue was cleanliness there was dust everywhere from the bed frame to the light fixtures, cobwebs too.

    Lovely Stay

Excellent communication with Stays York throughout our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was very hot when we stayed and they had thoughtfully closed all the blinds and provided a fan. The apartment was in the perfect location.

    Needs more recycling bins.

A comfortable, well equipped flat in central York.

The location, central to York, was excellent. The flat was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Nice cotton sheets on the bed. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. The lounge area with a sofa for 2 was also good.

On the top floor, the flat was especially hot - it was a heatwave. The fan provided was inadequate. The signal for the television was weak - nothing I did made it watchable. The several flights of stairs would be a problem for someone less mobile.
