    Love this place . Encourage anyone to stay there.

    Clean, large bath towels, warm and cosy. Easy walk to everywhere. Great, hot breakfast. Hosts so knowledgeable, welcoming, great stay.

    Stay was wonderful, so peaceful and able to unwind from the busy life that we have.

    The property is excellent the host Jana and Martin are lovely people room has everything that you could possibly need so welcoming and comfortable.

    Exceptional accommodation, highly recommend if you want to be near Keswick town centre. Perfect host

    The location was 10 minutes walk into Keswick, with free parking at our accommodation, which is a huge plus. B&B was superb; the attention to detail was not wasted on us. Comfortable, clean, warm, beautiful. Jana & Martin go above and beyond to make you welcome; nothing is too much trouble. Very warm and friendly couple. Breakfast was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed every minute of our honeymoon in the exceptional Bridal Suite. Cannot wait to return. Thank you, Susie & Lawrence

    Accommodation, food and owners second to none everything first owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate booking again .

    There's nothing that my wife and I didn't like.
