It was ok for one night but just not a welcoming setting inside.
Views and swing chair on balcony, the mattress and pillows great slept well accept one bed frame is low and wooden catching shin on it when getting in it.
Location, difficult parking, showers were just awful, no welcoming goods like milk even uht. Everywhere I have stayed has a few basic items. The flat is very unfeeling no character, the downstairs shower room door does not close probably without banging as the top needs shaving off before the door frame gets damaged. The cutlery drawer just had cutlery thrown in it rather than neatly organised.

Excellent accommodation and location, we really enjoyed our short stay in Suffolk.
Quiet location not far from Woodbridge so just a 5 minute drive to town centre. Dedicated parking spot, comfortable accommodation, lovely view from large balcony, bedrooms on upper level so quiet, within easy walking distance of local supermarket. Location has easy access to various tourist locations in Suffolk.
Carrying our cases up 2 flights of stairs (we are pensioners) but we managed and it was worth it as the accommodation was excellent.
