  Location The check in communication very clear!

  Unpleasant smell in the apartment Sofa bed in the living room very,very uncomfortable No wine glasses The most important thing is the parking I always rent apartments which has parking allocated,but this one doesn’t,we had to park our car on different street,which is not convenient for the luggage

  OMG!!! This place is a BIG SCAM! I had to book accommodation because of some works going on into my house ( so, somehow I’m local). I couldn’t imagine that in Oradea someone would rent such a place. The pictures from Booking.com are not reflecting the reality at all ( even they are pictures from 4 years ago, the law in Romania says they need to keep the apartment in good condition). The room is full with mould, rust, windows are not closing, the entrance is from the street and is extremely noisy ( not an apartment at all, is probably an ex shop or bar). Of course, the owner denied everything and refused to refund the money. I had to leave second day in the morning, as I couldn’t rest. I will continue with the actions of getting my money, and I will address the issues to local authorities, and I won’t stop doing that until I get my money back. Booking.com should take this into consideration, you can’t allow scammers on your website.

  Great modern apartment, quiet neighbourhood, very green and walkable, close to city center
