    Overall, the stay was unsafe, unhealthy, and nothing like what was advertised by booking.com

    The constant screeching trains every very frequently

    Extreme Noise Hazard — The apartment is positioned directly beside an active train track, with trains passing very frequently, day and night. The noise level was severe enough to prevent my 6‑year‑old child from sleeping for three nights, resulting in illness due to exhaustion. Although advertised as suitable for five guests, the property did not provide the basic facilities required for five occupants. Actual speeds were approximately 40 Mbps and deteriorated further when multiple devices were connected. Host was very rude and refused to provide more than 5 toilet rolls for 5 people for 5 days. Failure of Booking.com to Provide Effective Mediation. Booking.com stated that refund or cancellation decisions rest solely with the host and that they were unable to intervene. No action was taken to address the misrepresentation or health and safety concerns. The only response offered was a 10% travel credit, which is neither an adequate nor appropriate remedy given the severity of the issues.

    Overall, it’s a great place for a big group — clean and easy to get to the main spots in London.

    Really great location — the property has everything you need for a long stay.

    Nothing major, but we wanted to use the oven and it didn’t seem very clean, so we didn’t end up using it.
