  Reasonably spacious four bedroom house but needs updating and the location is not ideal.

  I stayed here for a conference at Excel with three co-workers. We often stay at AirBNB rentals and that has worked well in the past, primarily in the US. This place was about 40 minutes walk from Excel, a bit far. Fortunately we were able to take Uber rides each day to and from Excel and it was only about 10 minutes each way.

  This house is rather dated, only marginally clean, the beds were old and not comfortable, has single-pane windows so can hear outside noise, and the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. It was not a clean or comfortable place to stay unfortunately and there are no markets or restaurants within a close walking distance. One of my colleagues bed's fell off the stand during the first night and he was sleeping alone :). I had high expectations for this rental but it is not up to standard. I was very surprised by the 8,1 rating. I was also very disappointed it was promoted by booking.com and put some of the blame on them for not overseeing this property more and verifying the rating.

  A wonderful stay with everything as needed.

  Had a really lovely stay! The property was perfect for a large family, with plenty of space and a beautiful garden to enjoy. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. There were lots of lovely complimentary treats left for us, including sweets, chocolates, drinks, teas and coffees, which was such a thoughtful touch. Having a dishwasher was also a great bonus and made our stay even easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

  Perfect getaway with a peaceful garden ❤️

  Riverside townhouse was a fantastic stay the house was super spacious and garden was a nice touch, as the weather was so hot was nice to relax in the garden and have some peace away from the city and check in was super smooth, and communication with the host was great as they were quite responsive. All extra amenities were a great touch. Thank you for a real wonderful stay

  Nothing to dislike, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a nice fresh clean smell

  Beautiful garden and homely stay

  The garden was an absolute plus, it was so hot when we stayed we got to enjoy the sunshine and have dinner in the garden, we got food from local shops and managed not to buy any extra spices as the property already these, the property had a distinctively home feel to it, and was instantly relaxed and felt right at home. Checking was super smooth and easy instructions. Would definitely recommend staying here

  Not good and after service terrible

  Dishwasher didn't work Window latches didn't work Blinds didn't cover windows People working in garden during our stay with music blasting When we complained the property wouldn't acknowledge issues I note they have now dropped the price considerably
